Go on a romantic getaway: it doesn't have to be fancy or really expensive, just have some alone-together time to celebrate. Get her flowers, a card, and a small present too (women love cards and flowers). Above all, make the day special because 4 years is a very long time to have been with someone. Congratulations.

A four year anniversary is classed as fruit and flowers.Get a wicker basket, put fresh fruit and flowers in it.explain to her why you have given her this. She will think you are so romantic. You could also put a set of gold earrings in the basket too, with a love note,or anniversary card.put a red ribbon with a bow around the whole thing.

Four years is a huge landmark. Get her favorite flowers. Get her favorite type of candy. Get her a nice, expensive piece of fine jewelry (earrings or bracelet or gemstone ring). It depends on what type of girl she is...either take her to do something fun and silly like bowling or take her to the nicest restaraunt in town for a romantic dinner. Anniversaries are a huge deal to girls, so regardless of how much you spend, just showing her how much you love her and appreciate that she's your girl and treating her like a princess will earn you big points.

well you have known her for 4 years so you pretty much know alot about her.. does she have any favorite places to go ? if so bring her there & if she has anything that is her favorite then get her that to top it off.. it should come from your heart not from what we have to say im not trying to be rude but do what YOU think is best for her if she knew you got the idea from someone else then i think she wouldnt find it as romantic so think of something she loves..but do it from the bottom of your heart put alot of effort into this and time to think about it ..you will find something eventually : )

You should try to recreate a really special moment between you to that you haven't been able to forget and if it's your first date do that but be creative. for example if you said you would be her knight and shinig armor dress up like a knight and take her on a walk in the park and recite poetry

I had mine few weeks ago.
Bring her for romantic dinner and a gift (don't need to be too expensive, a photo frame with a pix of both of you would be lovely!.. darn, I wish my bf did that.. he's a real cuckoo head!)
