You need something new.

A new puppy, a new dress, a new friend...something new in your life. Something to be excited about. Something to look forward to.

No matter how bad things get, there is always a new day to look forward to. Take advantage of the time you have and enjoy it. Anyone else in your life that keeps you from doing that shouldn't be part of your life. Surround yourself with things and people that make you feel the way you want to feel and you can't ever be in a bad mood.

I'm not implying anything, but sometimes when we feel there's down for a considerable period of time (about a month...it depends) and nothing seems to interest us, or cheer us up, maybe it';s time to see a shrink...maybe our neurotransmitters aren't working properly and we might need some chemical help (in the form of antidepressants), it's not like we can WILL them to work, right? Also, when we're "clinically" depressed, people are always telling you to "snap out of it",but if you could you would, it's only logical, nobody wants to be feeling depressed 24/7 right? This might not be the case for you but it's a prejudice we must get over, and a possibility you have to discard. ALWAYS consult a doctor before starting treatment since there's such a wide array of antidepressants out there, there's one bound to customize to your specific needs; and besides,if it's not the right one for you, chances are you won't feel the difference...

You sound like youre feeling sorry for yourself. You say u have guy trouble (why do u even need a guy to make u happy??) - this shows you are insecure and needy. Your friends fallen out with you (was it all one sided or did u play a part in it?) Excuses excuses - Cheer up damnit! Life is full of ups and downs - ACCEPT IT!

Watch a funny movie or something......

Don't worry about it! Everyone has their bad times, okay? Listening to music has always helped me, whenever I'm in a bad mood my friends will make me listen to boy band music, like Backstreet boys, and if I want to stop listening I have to get into a better mood, or at least pretend. Eat ice cream, just, chillax.

-GASP- Go for a jog! That's one of the better ones! Jog until you don't think you can anymore, it'll hurt everywhere but up here -points to head-. It's an overpowering feeling for me. It's like you really acomplished something, and that always makes you feel better.

PLUS: Guy trouble, Shmy Shgrouble, who needs them?

i think were in the same place, its hard i know.
i always think about what could of being in this state of mind, if i said that or did somthing then, but i know that i might miss the things going on wright now. the point im trying to make is that you should look to the now in life, yeah its a cheap cop out of an anwser but wait theres more.
you say your having Guy trouble yeah? ok, if your willing to try to make somthing with someone then they should step up and do the same, if your the only one making things happen in a relationship then get out, look at what your doing, think with your head, it it really worth your time? you know the anwser just dont want to face it. its hard, yeah, well thats the point, you can move on if you doing being new things in life.
we all make mistakes, yeah even me, but thinking about how you could of done better might notr always help, yes you do care but too much somtimes yeah? well thats good, you a real person who screws up. we all do.....more offern these days....

hey,
don't let all the other people get to you,you have to remember that things like that take time to heal and while you are being single it does not help much, that is why you need to rely on a very good friend who can help you keep your mind off all the bad things.you are not suppose to look back(I had a very bad past and I try not to look back)yes it is difficult but you have to look where your mistakes are and try and learn something from them, but there is no use in breaking your self-live life to the fullest!

Do like I did go see a Head Dr. That was the only way I could get out of my slump. It sounds like you are depressed so fix it. Hell over 75% world is on some kind of anti depressant and you will be a better person.

The way I see it, life works in Seasons. You have Summer.. where things are sunny and wonderful. Autumn where things are good.. but turning cold and dark. Winter which is shite.. noone likes this stage in life (this is the stage I hope you are in..) and after the dreary period that is Winter comes Spring!! Spring is great because the bad times have begun to pass and you know Summer is coming again. If you think of life as working in seasons, you will know your Winter spell is bound to clear up and atleast it is something to look forward to!

Not doing any kind of drugs are you?
i.e. Ecstasy or ganja. These can effect you, cut them out and a month or 2 down the line you'll feel better.
If you don't do drugs, good, don't bother!
