There is a list of turn-ons and to pick one as the most if very difficult and perhaps unfair to the ladies in the audience.

First however is visual stimulation.

I would have to say that one of the most erotic turn-ons is to see my wife in an extra long shirt, with nothing else under neath. Nothing is revealed, but it's somewhat of a tease.
