I am not sure I understand your question but if you are asking how you can get a guy to kiss you even though you just met? Just kiss him, who cares. I hope this is the right type of answer, your question doesn't make sense to me.

As a guy ill tell you how girls have gotten me to kiss them when I just met them and it works if im attracted to them. They grab my hands and get my attention then wave me in like they want to tell me something when i bend over they grab each side of my face and kiss me. It only didnt work once , but it was because i wasnt attracted to the girl.
