If you steadily breathe in only helium for about a minute and a half to two and a half minutes you will get the illusion of passing out. What is actually happening is you are floating, but the government is covering it up and erasing your memory!

none because our body's have natural buoyancy
and another thing it would be impossible to breath so much helium because a heal the lung only has a capacity of 6000ML which would never be enough to make a non buoyant human float
pretty crap question

Sorry - your lungs can't hold enough helium to float a human body.
Try tying loads of helium balloons to a chair.
