gingivitis is cured with good oral hygiene. i advise brushing no less than twice a day making sure your toothbrush bristles are soft and aimed at the gumline where you should gently massage away plague and debris/ adding flossing to your routine is very beneficial.

you will notice that your gums will bleed but this is an indication of the gingivitis and as they get healthier this will stop. continue your regimen of careful brushing and in about 2 weeks you will notice a vast improvement.
