my cousin and I are both overweight and made a bet to see who could loose the most amount of weight in two months

Addipex or Phentermine... (phentermine is the generic and is just as good)... You should go to a doctor for it... But you can get it online... I would use the Phentermine 37.5mg tablets... Work better! Don't use the capsules... And use right diet and exercise...

Ideally, you don't want to be losing weight too fast- it's no good for you, and you could end up doing more harm than good. Lose the weight slowly, at the rate of 2 or 3 pounds a week, and you'll be healthier, and find it easier to keep the weight off in future.

Clean up your diet, and take more exercise. You just have to burn more calories thn you consume.

Then again, if you really want to lose weight in a hurry, you're probably not going to listen to sensible advice. So, you have two quick options:

1) Get a tapeworm.

2)Contract Amoebic dysentry (or similar).

Either of those suggestions will have the weight falling off you...

I'm not sure you'll loose how much , but try this and it really works, first thing after wake-up, take 2.table spoons of an apple vinegar with a glass of warm water ,and also before bad time daily, and go for jogging or at least do working for one or two hour's daily never miss, you'll see the results within a week, then continue for your 2 months, i'm sure you'll love it.

*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues and make a life long commitment to good health. A great free publication is “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005”. Don't expect to loose that much weight in 2 months, but you can eat healthier foods (such as lean meat, fruit, vegetables, ect.) and exercise more. Try to eat smaller meals througout the day, instead of eating 3 large ones. Good luck, and I hope this helps!

Cut out refined carbs such as sugar. Eat between 1200 to 1500 calories a day. Make sure you eat a variety of foods. Switch to low fat. Eat a lot of whole grains and definately walk everyday! Try to walk 2 to 3 miles a day.

That is an unhealthy goal. No more than 2 lbs per week should be lost. That's 16 lbs in 2 months.

go to www.ediet.com u will beable to lose on this diet pretty fast. not sure if u can lose 25 lbs in 2 month thats not really good for you. im on the ediet for 2 weeks and i have lost 3 lbs so far. there is a fee you have to pay.

diet and excercise, best way. cut down on your calorie intake, eat healthier, and work out like a cage fighter.
