I didn't know i was pregnant until about 3 months in because I had bleeding and thought it was my period. My little girl was born a month early but was 8 lb 13 oz, and hasn't had a problem with health at all! I guess it all depends on how much you bleed because it could mean that you have a weak placenta.

My mom did. She bled the entire time. When she was about 6 months, I started kicking her where she could feel it. She thought she was dying. She went to the ER and they told her she was pregnant. She denied it, how could she be? She kept on having periods.... They said fine, don't believe us, we'll see you in 3 months.
I was perfectly healthy. Only problem was serious colic.

I bled during the first three months and had to inject myself progesteron shots, dialy! My baby was born 7 weeks before, but she was-and is, perfectly healthy.
You have to rest as much as you can, though if you ave placenta previa.

Most likely if you bleed it means you've lost your baby. I'm studying obstetrics and gynocology. I hope you go to the doctor if you are bleeding.
Although you might have a serious colic. In that case you still need to go to a doctor to get it treated. It's very likely your baby will be fine then.
