The short answer is no.

Tsunamis and earthquakes do not shift the Earth's axis. The earth is extremely heavy compared to the oceans. Moving even an entire ocean would not change the axis of rotation of the earth appreciably. Moving a much smaller amount of water than that will do nothing measurable.

Nor do they heat anything, cause winds, move continents, change ocean currents, or do anything else that could possibly affect the weather.

The seismic activity in the sea was so great that it shifted the poles 1 degree off it's axis and this also caused the Tsunami. Another strong bout of seismic activity could shift the axis even further which in turn WOULD change the weather we have now.
