Thanks for the wiseass remarks. I could always return it if I wanted to. But I'm going to keep it and try it out. Some things don't work for everybody. I might as well see if this works for me.

I've had mine for over a year and use it daily. I really like mine. It can indeed be a good workout and is very versatile. I also use a total gym.

It looks like a good workout, I don't own one, but I just thought I'd mention these are the kind of quesions you should ask BEFORE you buy something.

i didn't like mine. it made me sweat a lot less than i expected and it didn't really make me tired. it makes a lot of noise and don't have it upstairs cuz the people downstairs are gonna think the roof is falling down.

You are supposed to ask for opinions before you buy.....what does it matter now, you own it........
