No, not rape, but if it is hurting you it is "battery". I am not a lawyer, but if someone makes you think they are going to hurt you by their actions that is "assault". The actual hurting is "battery". However, if the holding of earlobe is stopping someone's freedom of movement, it may be "an unlawful detainer".

No, that's not rape. Rape is forcing someone to have sex with you against their will. Holding someone's earlobe is just annoying.
