Yes, any type of strenuous activity that elevates the heart rate sufficient enough to an aerobic level will burn body fat. The key is to realize when this is taking place. Since different people have different training zones and I do not have enough information about you to show you how to determine yours. I would suggest you talk to a professional trainer at one of the local gyms in your area. Cardio should be maintained no less than 30 minute intervals for a minimum of 3 times a week. Good luck with your training

You can substitute jumping rope as it is great cardio. Just do it on a surface like a wooden aerobics floor or carpet. Harder surfaces like concrete and asphalt may lead to shin splints and stress fractures of the bones in your lower leg. If you feel sharp pains there, ease up on the impact exercises like this for a while.

attempt cycling skipping gained’t burn an same energy, and also you shouldn’t be operating anyhow it’s undesirable for the joints try to be strolling in comfortable p.c.. you would burn extra energy and also you would relish it, in case you run your spend 0.5 the time in simple terms construction stamina and the second one 0.5 loosing muscle. 2miles an afternoon is more advantageous than adequate to jog, you would see effects speedier and also you would start up to sweat extra once you quit, that is going to come pouring like rain down out of your hair throughout your body. believe me in this; i become 21stones now i'm 13stones in simple terms by using this. Skipping is sweet cardio for stamina now to not burn energy till you do it for hours.
