Yes
They must apply the presumption of atheism to the other religion's gods.
Since I believe in zeus, christians apply the presumption of atheism to my god and ask me to prove it.

Good question. I tell people that all the time. Like WHAT IF ancient Egyptians had the "right" religion. 99% of the world shuns that religion and those gods to follow a different religion instead. Does that mean that when we die and meet Osiris, we are going to be punished?
Very interesting. I liked this question. Christians are so wrapped up in having the "right" or "true" religion, but WHAT IF.... just "if"...
Many people seem very uniformed about anything BUT their own religion. They feel the right to criticize any and all religions but their own, but then get angry when others do the same to them.
By the way, in response to Mark, it IS possible to be not religious but still be spiritual. I don't know why so many people think that's impossible... The idea of Somebody creating everything that ever existed, and the idea of ghosts, spirits, and the supernatural existing are two extremely different things that can't be compared. It's possible to believe in both, just one, or neither based on your own personal life experiences.
But all-in-all, I still say people just need to respect everyone else's beliefs (or lack therof) and live their own lives. Stop trying to make other people's decisions for them. They need to go where their heart takes them, whether they [the criticizers] like it or not.

no, becaause atheists don't believe in any god. their religion is a lack thereof.
Muslimws consider Christians and Jews to be "People of the Book," which means that they believe in the same God and have the right idea but were lead astray somewhere. I was told by a Hindu priest that Hindi also believe in the Christian/Muslim/Jewish God, and the dieties commonly associated with Hinuism are merely different aspects of their one God, Brahma (sp?). Buddhism is compatable with any religion, as Zen Buddhists are a combanation of Buddhists and Shinto.
To answer your question, most of the people that worship a God are worshiping the same God, and the differences in religion are merely differences in the interpretation of that one God.
Not bad for a Catholic in Ohio.

No, an Atheist is someone who does not believe in a supreme being. Someone of another religion would be considered a heretic or blasphemer.

Atheists don't believe in any god. I think the term you are searching for is agnostic, they believ in God but not religion so i guess if you are a believer of one religion you would be an agnostic of another.

interesting question. If a person does not believe that Jesus is the CHRIST, they are a non-believer when it comes to Christianity.
I'd say the reverse were true, except that Christianity is the only true religion.

If you do not believe that God sent his son to die on the cross for us than you are just a non-believer, you do not have to categoriez your self as an athiest. Someone who is atheist is just someone who is confused and who does not know what to believe at the moment in time.
