I have the same problem. If it's really really bad, you can use sweat guards or shields that are available in most lingerie departments. Try using strong antiperspirant (not deoderant, it doesn't stop sweating, just helps with smell). Vary them if you can, because the body adapts to the product, so it's a good idea to switch it up -- just buy a different kind each time you buy it. Use bleach when you wash your shirts with the stains on them. The other solution is to avoid buying white shirts. Good luck!

The yellowish spots, it's something in some people's body chemistry.
Origin:
Apocrine glands: Found in your armpits and anus. This type of sweat gland produces sweat that has protein and carbohydrates, which is why you get that yellow stain on the armpit of your shirts.
Defining the stain:
It can sometimes be confusing as to whether that underarm or armpit stain is from perspiration or deodorant/antiperspirant. If the stain is yellow or green in color and has a crunchy or crispy texture, it’s due to perspiration. If the stain, however, is white or clear with a greasy texture, it’s due to the antiperspirant and should be treated as a grease stain with the appropriate solvent.
Deodorant or antiperspirant?
Check if you are using a Deodorant or a antiperspirant: Deodorant can help curb the smell of sweat under your arms, but won't stop you from sweating. A different product, called antiperspirant, will stop you from sweating as much throughout the day though, by blocking the pores in the skin under your arms. Some studies say that antiperspirants are unhealthy because it can cause a build up of aluminum in your body.
The cure:
First use antiperspirants
Second, if you are perspiring more than normal, or are concerned in any way about your sweatiness, get in to see a doctor to discuss your options.

This is from contact with both sweat and antiperspirants that contain aluminum. Wash the shirt after every time you wear it. There are a variety of methods for removing the stains, as well. Oxy Clean is supposed to work well, and so is treating the stains with baking soda or vinegar.

If you have overactive sweat glands there is a special perscription deodorant that you can get from your doctor. Just be careful not to use it everday or you will get a rash.
