I'd say from most of the answers that you are not the only one that slept through Health class. Just a mere drop of semen contains thousands of sperm and it only takes one little guy to get you pregnant. So, in answer to your question, yes, yes, and YES! you can get knocked up. You can definately get a disease like that and yes you can get pregnant even if the penis does not go inside you and is anywheres near your vagina....sperm swim and he does not have to ejaculate or come....men have pre *** or seemen that leaks out when they are excited and that most definately can contain sperm,this happens with alot of men,younger guys the most but my husband is 30 and it still happens so watch yourself and keep other peoples sexual organs away from your until your ready for a baby.
