How do you unnumb your mouth faster after getting teeth pulled?

Ask the dentist to give you a shorter acting injection that won't last as long.
Depending on how much work is involved & how long you need to be numb.

Just let it run its course. That's going to be a lot of pain going on in your mouth...you don't want to feel it, trust me. I had a dentist who had a penchant for not using enough stuff to numb your mouth and by the time he got to pulling the teeth, you could feel everything and I mean everything. I was frozen in pain and fear or else I would have kicked him where it counts.

Luckily, I moved on to a better dentist. When I had my remaining wisdom teeth pulled, this guy gave me an IV to knock me out and then he numbed my mouth. I couldn't have done it any other way. And I was taking a lot of pain killers, too.

If you sleep a little, it'll seem like less time you have to deal with not being able to feel your tongue or anything.

Usually, if you walk or exercise that gets your blood pumping and that will make the anesthetic get out of your system faster. But, since you just had an extraction it would be better if you just rested.

A mild warm saline solution (1/2 teaspoon salt per cup warm water)

Get them pulled without anaesthesia in the first place. feel the pain! Yeeaaah!

Or, as someone else has said- why would you want to? It'll bloody hurt.
