Stay away from Clairol. I used to get damaged hair every time I used Clairol. Loreal is much better, but then stay away from Feria. Excellence and Preference are great though. I have been coloring my hair for more than 20 years and I think Garnier Nutrisse is the best. Your hair gets nurtured while it is getting colored.

Forget the preference product.Ive used them All, the best one there is, I swear by this, is
Loreal Coloeur Experte.its easy, beautiful results,an array of colors (the basic allover color before you apply the highlights if you choose) and wont damage hair the first few times. TIP: dont leave the highlight on longer then you should. Good Luck. ps google the name, and a page with all o the color choice will come up.

L'oreal Preference or Excellence is the best. I've been using Preference for 15 years. It's excellent for coverage (whether covering grey or changing your own colour) and the gloves they give you are high quality. They're "real" gloves and not the glorified glove-shaped baggies the cheaper hair dyes give you. Good luck!

Either. Don't fall for the washes out in 28 shampoos line.

L'Oreal Superior Preference is the best, it's just as good as salon color.

You know. My gf used both and they both faded compared to a cheaper brand. I don't understand why. But, she's much happier with the cheaper brand.
