Lets Go Eat :Vamos A Comer
Lets Go And Eat: Vamonos A Comer
Lets Eat: Ay Que Comer
When Saying What: Que
And Como Is: How
For Example: Que Quieres Comer.. Is What Do You Want To Eat
And Como Would Be: Como Quieres Tu Ropa Planchada.. Is How Would You Like Your Clothes Ironed
Spanish Is Different When Spoken In Other Places Like Spain, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Columbia, Mexico, Etc...
Some Words Are Used In A More Proper Way Or May Be Completely Different Or Have A Different Meaning Altogether. It All Depends On The Location, Person, Nationality Or Country, Like Our English Here In California Is Different Then in New York, Or United States English Is Different From England.
Hope This Helps :)

Vamonos a comer or Vamos a comer
Vamos y comamos or vamonos y comamos
Comamos or a comer
Spanish and English have different patterns when you use an expression like let us, vamonos it must be followed by an article and the verb, like a comer, a dormir, a leer, or the article and the place like, a la biblioteca, al cine, al parque.
Cómo and Que are used indistinctly when saying just What?
Cómo is a little more proper, Que sounds a bit ruder.
If you did not understand something you might say
what was that you said?
¿Cómo dijo?
What did you say?
¿Qué dijo?
Como is also how in Spanish, it is used as an abbreviated way of asking how something happened, was done, was said, was made, was practically anything, or how something will be done, said, made, etc.
For plain what, stick to Cómo and Qué.
Hope it helps

In Spain, they would use Vamos ir a comer. They break it up into smaller words. If you want to say "what?" as in repeat, then use "que".
