Use Head and Shoulders shampoo.

Head and Shoulders conditioner works great for me. All I do is apply the conditioner to my scalp about twice a mouth and I no longer have flakes or itching! I don't use the shampoo because it dries out my scalp and hair and makes the flakes worse. So your best bet is to use the head and shoulders condition with a shampoo you like.

You can try taking a vitamin e tablet once a day. That should cure it. Or maybe what's causing it is the kind of shampoo or hairspray you are using, in which case, stop using it. You should try Head and Shoulders Extra Dry Scalp shampoo. Hope this info helps you!!!

at night put hair oil in your hair.. put it in your scalp.. then put a plastic bag over your head so the oil doesn't get on your pillow.. the next morning.. put lemon juice in your hair.. and rub it in your scalp.

Wash with normal shampoo use very little conditioner..
voila.. your hair is dandruff free.. do this only 1-2 times a week.. NOT everyday.

White vinegar is an excellent remedy for dandruff. Mix one cup of white vinegar with one cup of water, and pour this over your scalp after your hair wash, as a final rinse.

Good luck babe xx

For me simply washing frequently.I've tried Pine Tar Shampoo,Head and Shoulders, even herbal rinses and none of it seems to work, only washing it every2-3 days helps allay the flakes.I tried the more expensive shampoos too,and they didn't work either. Also try just dealing with it,leaving it alone.Too much brushing, scratching and washingMakesHeadSore.
