Just tell her you want to be friends....you fight too much a friendship may be better.

sounds like you are making a good decision..even the best relationships have agruements once in awhile but not to the point it is unhealthy....the best way to do it is to get right to the point and tell her you love her as a friend but it seems you can't proceed with a relationship with all the arguements....and stand behind your decision...now be prepared she will probably only yell and scream more and say you never loved her and all that stuff women do to guilt you out of your decision but if you came to this decidion to begin with you seem very mature..so continue to be mature by following through on your decision and sticking with it....like all storms this to will pass...keep your chin up

if you love her and she loves you and all this anger and yelling is going on then most likely there is an underlying issue. don't just break up!!! that doesn't solve the problem, you two need to figure out whats going on that is causing you to behave this way....take some time out for yourselves maybe and do some serious thinking....if this relationship really matters to you then its worth working for.

tell her how you are feeling and ask if she is willingly to go to counseling and work on your communication style.... and if not, then maybe it is time to find someone who fits you better. spending too much time and energy on arguing is detrimental to a relationship and to an individual... life is just too short.
