Nursing!

I nursed for a year and lost all the tummy i had from the pregnancy. If you want to exercise, then do lots of walking. And maybe some sit ups.

Good luck

The easiest way is to start exercising very regularly while you are pregnant, then you stay in the same routine after you have the baby. Don't wait more than two weeks after you have the baby, because then you can never get rid of the fat and extra skin. My sisters waited around a year after they had kids to start exercising again to loose the weight, and now they can't and they have terrible stretch marks and flabby skin, it's gross.

Pilates, Taking the baby in a stroller for a walk. Pushing a stroller burns almost twice as much fat.

Diet then exercise.

I believe it can go back to the way it was with some loose skin but for some it doesn't. Keep that in mind.
