I am using Mac and a PC for photoshop. We have many images that are at high res. I know photoshp allows you to change a bulk of images at once. Does anyone know how to do this, or something simmilar?

Thanks

You have to create a new action in Photoshop.

1. Open Image
2. Switch to Actions Pallette
3. Start Recording
4. Image -> Image Properties
5. Change DPI down from 300 to 120
6. Click Ok
7. Stop Recording
8. File -> Automate -> Batch
9. Choose the action you just created
10. Choose your source
11. Choose destination (change folder if you want a copy of the images at a lower res and not an overwrite of the current image)
12. Click Ok

I don't know if you can resize all the items at once. You can do it individually in the Options menu. Where is allows you te resize.

first record your actions then

go to file/automate/batch: from there on it is fairly self explanatory.

look in you online guide or manual for these two subjects --actions and batch automation. really it's pretty straightforward.
