Did you two have a fight? It might be his male pride not letting him call you because he doesn't want to apologize. Are you sure he's gotten your emails or even checked his email box? I think you shouldn't jump to conclusions just yet.. actually try to call him or go and suprise him... judge then by his reactions... better to see him and person and figure things out. Guys don't like to be pushed... especially if you haven't been dating long.. good luck.
