It is perfectly normal for both parties to talk about past relationships. However, constantly doing so may relly be a sign that your gf is not completely over her ex. You need to simply ask her if she is indeed ready to move on.
Then explain to her that you are aware of her past but would like it to remain there- PAST.
Talking about the way you feel about it may help her see that you are becoming frustrated with hearing about him and she can then curtail her comments about him.
Be patient and understanding. She may have some unresolved issues or hangups. If they do show that she is not 'over' this guy then it makes no sense in you two trying to move forward.
Sorry, but that can be the case. If this is so, remain friends until it is time for more.
Good luck. Also you can pick up on where her previous relationship went wrong and know what not to do and what to do.

surely, yeah he probable nonetheless has thoughts for her. he's probable chatting along with her and questioning of what might have been. tell him which you're uncomfortable with the region. tell him that, you being a woman, understand that she's better than in all hazard merely enjoying him & attempting to break the two considered one of you aside. She needs him hurting. If he does not awaken, he would be sorry for not noticing the super lady chum he had as your strolling out the door.

We are guilty of comparing I did this for awhile we will find flaws in our new man that our ex didnt have and we throw it up in the new mans face. Also if you cant stop talking about them more than likely you still harbor feelings for them

lol i used to talk about my x to my new bf FOREVER until he sat me down and told me how annoying it is and how unsecure it makes him feal, i guess its because they were your last relationship and its still fresh in your mind but its really not a good idea it just makes your significant other think you still have feelings for your x
