If your looking for a product that keeps you cool. You can try a chillow pillow. Its not electronic, but it is good for just about everything. It stays cool all the time. I purchased one as a gift for someone that wanted a pillow that stayed cool at night.

Yeah, I dont remember the name, I think its the Kafka cool tie, or something like that. It looks like a necktie that you soak in water, then it turns into a sausage you can put around your neck. The moisture keeps you cool.

I think the Sharper Image used to sell a personal evaporative cooler. You'd wear it around your neck. Sorry, I don't remember the product's name.

yes, it's called an air conditioner! Or, at lesser cost and more mobility, an electric fan. Or, more readily available... the daily paper or a magazine... flap it wildly to and fro in front of your face.
