There is a software called MAGIX Audio Cleaning Lab 2005. Its a pretty good software through which you can covert audio CD to MP3/WMA format.
This is not a free software but there is a work around. Down load Shareaza (it works on P2P networking) and then search for this software. You should be able to find it and then download it to your PC.

Yes, Windows Media Player can rip CDs, but just a warning, they are "protected" so you can't really put them on MP3 players but you can listen to them on your computer or burn them to CDs.

Yes, there's loads. Try searching Computer Actives downloads section; they check everything for spyware before they offer it. Audacity is a popular freeware tool.

good question, all you need to do is rip the c.d to the computer using windows media player. just click on rip in windows media player. hope this helps
