just a survey. Does a person in mid 20s sleep more than someone in 30s?

the younger you are the more you need, the older you get the less you sleep. 20's 8 hrs..30's same, kids 12 hrs...

I'm 30+ and I need a good 6 hours,but seldom get 6. I usually operate on 4 hours of sleep.

I'm in my mid 20's. I need about 8 hours. Sometimes a little less. This has changed drastically in the past few years for me. Up until about 23ish I'd feel dead without 10 hours.

Ideally I would get 10 hours but that hardly ever happens. Instead I get from 7 to 9. I'm 21.

I've gotten by on 3-4 hours of sleep for periods of up to 7 days.......I need at least 6 hours.......My age is just now 40....... :-)

older people tends to sleep more ...
dun yo find that yr grandma likes to sleep ..
I personally need at least 6 hrs of sleep ...now in my 30s
