Consider the possibility that God created "exotic dark energy" which pushes galaxies away from the center of the universe. Since the "exotic dark energy" is doing this, it means that God is free to do other things.

I like to say "God created gravity so he wouldn't have to hold things together manually." I'm just extending the concept to "exotic dark energy."

What I can't figure out is why all that vast universe would be rotating around the earth.

It must be because the bible says so.
