Do you snore loudly? If you do, ask your psychiatrist or physician to send you for a sleep study. The test requires a 1-2 night stay in the hospital and is painless. This could save your life. I had awful nightmares and medication was not helping. Family Physician sent me for the tests and discovered I have sleep apnea. Since being treated, which requires a C-pap machine, I no longer have nightmares or need for any antiacids and I sleep through the night. Good Luck to you.

Need more info please. What kind of dreams? I think that dreams are comprised of all the things stored in our short-term memory that we don't really need to remember and they get all mixed up with subconcious memories and emotions. Humans NEED to dream or they'll go crazy even though some dreams seem like they'll make you crazy. Anywho, I also think that dreams can be messages from a higher power. If you feel you can, tell me about your dream. I think negative feelings ease with the telling. I don't know if I can help, but I'd like to try.

Read your bible and PRAY before you go to bed. Even if you are NOT a christian, you can ask GOD to help you and he will. If you don't believe in GOD you can still ASK and see what happens. He is the ANSWER!
Peace be still, have a good night's sleep, and think on good things before you go to bed. Do not watch horror movies, or anything VIOLENT before going to sleep, as those things work on your subconscious mind....and sometimes plague our dreams. Try having a warm glass of tea or milk. Practice thinking of all the things you have to be "thankful" for, and this will help to bring you peace!
Peace and blessings to you!

Tell us the dream first, and we analyze according to your background. If some actual event happens, it will contribute to reoccurring dream. Without further detail, we cannot give you any answer.

think of something else before you go to sleep, and DON't allow yourself to think of those other ones, no matter how hard it is.
