Wow!! There is so many but will stick to two. When I got saved I realised I belong to someone other than my husband, and that person was Jesus Christ. In Song of Solomon 2:16 the bible says- My beloved is Mine and I am His. I needed Jesus in my life and He needs me to do the works He has called me to do while I am here upon this Earth. Second verse is Philippians 1:6- Beging confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me . I used to go around depressed and had no purpose and was drowning myself in alcohol and drugs . I suffered for a while and fell flat on my face . Then I started reading the Bible and discovered that I can be a better person to help others and live life more fully .

Daniel 9:20 - 23
I found it amazing that the arch Angel Gabriel would tell Daniel that he was highly esteemed and that an answer was given to him once he began to pray. I would like to be thought of that way by God.
I am a long way from that and unless I can overcome certain desires I'll never get there. But that verse and how Daniel was viewed has helped me feel God's connection to those you love and worship him and pushed me to learn more and strive for this.

i like that the most instruction 2ND to love is fear not. i was afraid as a kid, to speak up about my thoughts. til i heard this after i was baptized. hearing this, i slowly a lil at a time became more fearless. not affront's toward toward their views in opposition to my views. as many do, but hearing all theirs and discussing mine too. everyone is allowed their individual mindset, we all are. i have always loved ppl and try to be a best help them toward their goals & needs. now, i do so even when it goes against their desires and wants. as in if someone says they need a lot of money but play the lotto as a means to gain their need. i do show it is a wish, desire to get rich. not, a demonstration of a working goal toward acheiving a need. pointing out a 401k, a keogh & many other finacial instruments go toward meeting their need.

Romans 8: 1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Matthew 22:14
For many are called, but few are chosen.

Note that not everyone is even called. I'm one of the not called.
