Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

You have the right idea.. Doing the crunches will build muscle and tone your stomach. Walking will help you burn fat, and will help you show off your toned stomach. However, walking alone may not produce quick enough results for you if you would like to do it quickly. I would try running as it both tones your entire body and will help you lose the extra few pounds more quickly. The more cardio and toning you can introduce into your workout plan will ultimately help your stomach and overall body. And the water is fabulous. If you drink it with every meal and throughout the day you will be cutting extra calories which will ultimately help you reach your goal. I hope I could help out and good luck!

Stomach crunches may tone your stomach, but they will burn little fat. You must burn more calories than you take in to lose fat, there is no other way.

The most weight you should expect to lose would be 5-8 pounds per month, and this would require you to burn 600-1000 calories per day more than you take in. You should not try to be more aggressive than this or you may lose weight other than fat.

Aerobic exercise burns lots of calories and helps make your heart and blood healthier. Weight lifting increases muscle mass and helps your body naturally burn more calories as a baseline. Therefore, you should participate in both of these activites, perhaps aerobic 3 times per week for an hour, and weightlifting 3 times per week for 30-45 minutes.

If you are currently large and out of shape - start slowly because you don't want to hurt yourself or burn out and get tired of it. Calorie intake control is initially the place to focus in this case, and walking is the perfect exercise to begin getting in shape. Start tracking what you eat and get a rough idea of what your calorie intake is, and where the calories are coming from so you can focus on taking out the heavy hitters.

walking doesnt really do much unless you're really old or really badly obese. Jogging/running in the effective way. Fat is burned by how much oxygen is getting pumped thru your system. you also need to eat right, not just drink water. Its all tied together. and crunches only tone the muscle underneath the stomach fat, it doesnt make you lose the fat.

Generally, a healthy rate for weight loss is 2 lbs. per week. If you have an excessive amount of weight to lose, expect to do it faster. To lose weight, you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you take in). As long as you're eating smaller portions and taking every opportunity to get that extra bit of cardio (stairs, anyone?), it shouldn't take long at all.

Different people store fat in different parts of their body - you may just be one of those people that tends to store the fat in your stomach. Doing crunches won't burn fat, but it will create muscle (which will in turn help to burn the fat). You just need to start eating healthy, and being more active - walking is a great way. Hope this helps ... and good luck!

It all depends on how big your stomach is, how many crunches you do, etc. If you are really trying you should see good results by 6 weeks.

Suck that in. Consciously hold in and contract your abdominals while you’re walking, sitting pictures desk or making the meal. This will help to strengthen your abs and your core, and create for you one step closer to a flatter stomach.

People who plan their weekly meals are more successful at losing weight than people that don’t. Plan your dishes to add in healthy carbs such as nice potato and wholegrain pasta, vegetables and lean proteins, buy all the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to eat out or order in.
