you have been insulted ... but then 80% of those they speak English fluently .. never get it right either....write it off as the ramblings of an illiterate

Some answers:
If you are saying that I think that your English skills are lacking, you are right. I do not need to point out the obvious.
I dare because in this country, free speech is a right.
A moron is someone with an IQ below 80. (That means that their mental age is equal to the average for someone who is 80% of their age...such as a 15 year old, who is equal to an average 12 year old,)
It is possible to determine that someone is at the moron level when they are observed writing without using grade school level punctuation. Or they leave out words such as saying "my English" instead "my English is poor". Or they think that "U" is an acceptable substitute for "you".
