Because "He" is the terminology in the Bible describing God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

I think that you meant to say "racist". Actually, the proper term here would be "sexist".

God is refered to as "he" because that is what God calls himself in the Bible. God can be anything that God wants to be. Who can argue with God?
