which do you prefer, someone who drinks beer or someone who drinks hard alcohol?

It doesn't matter to me what alcohol someone else prefers. Everyone is entitled to have their own opinions on what they like best. Beer and hard alcohol do the same thing anyway, just at different speeds. :)

After managing a bar for 10 years i found that alcohol affects people differently.... its like some people can drink beer all day long with no negative results but take the same person and let him drink vodka, crown royal or some other type of liquor and he becomes and instant ***. Overall it really doesnt matter, i prefer the drinker that knows his/her limits regardless of what they are drinking

it don't really matter so long as they're not a mean drinker. I personally like mixed drinks over beer. I've found that a lot of men can get mean with hard alcohol.

I don't generally judge people by what they drink, but rather whether or not they know how to stop when it's time.

Personally, I prefer liquor if I am going to drink - it's not as rough on my system, and according to my naturopathic doctor, pure liqours such as tequila are easier for the body to process. Beer makes me feel slow heavy and miserable even after half of one.
