im cooking beef burgers on the george foreman grill right now, an dI think their done, how can I make sure they are cooked?

Usualy the hamburger will feel solid and the juices will run clear(without blood).That is well done.. but again, i dont know how you like your burger.

Put a little slice through the edge of one, if no red blood drips out they are done. Do not over cook or they will be dry. If you think they are done they probably are.

poke them and see if the juice runs clear, also feel them and if they are not squishy they're done
