Baked Pork Chops
6 pork chops
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
2 egg, beaten
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup white wine
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Rinse pork chops, pat dry, and season with garlic powder and seasoning salt to taste. Place the beaten eggs in a small bowl. Dredge the pork chops lightly in flour, dip in the egg, and coat liberally with bread crumbs.
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the pork chops 5 minutes per side, or until the breading appears well browned. Transfer the chops to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and cover with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. While baking, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk and white wine in a medium bowl. After the pork chops have baked for an hour, cover them with the soup mixture. Replace foil, and bake for another 30 minutes.

How about a real simple one -- use Pam or nonstick foil on your pan (or you will be cleaning up for a while), smear chops with your favorite BBQ sauce, slice up onions and garlic - scatter on top of chops. Cover with foil and cook @ 325 until done (about 45 minutes for 4 thick chops). If you want a little drier/sticker sauce, remove the foil the last 15 minutes or so. You can check the meat to be sure it is not red/pink. All ovens are a little different and each climate cooks a little different. You can also do this in a Crock Pot -- all day -- on low.

I always buy the rib cut pork chops, most tender. Thickness doesn't matter.
I wash them & paper towel pat dry.
I beat up 1 or 2 eggs depending on how many pork chops you have. Add Lawry's garlic salt to the eggs. Dip a pork chop in the eggs & then in another bowl I have Italian seasoned bread crumbs. I coat them well & lay them flat on a dinner plate. Chill them for about an hour. Then I put a small amount of oil in a skillet & slightly brown them. Then place them in a roasting pan that you spray with a non stick release spray. I bake them for an hour to hour & a half depending on thickness. If it looks like they are sticking add some water & keep covered. I use an old blue enamel roaster with lid.

Don't bake them,
Cook them on a very hot Sautee pan for 7-8 minutes on each side with just a little bit of Chicken Boullion rubbed on it. Keep flame on high. Remove the chops and toss in some veggies and a bit of butter, a little bit of Bouillion and about 1/2 cup of wine. Cook for about 5 minutes .
Pour the veggies over the Chops and Enjoy

This is one of my husband's most favorite main dishes. It is fall-off-the-bone tender and is easy to prepare and as delicious as it looks. Especially good served over steamed rice.
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup catsup
1 cup water
1 1/2 lbs pork chops, cut about 1 1/4-inch thick
Combine mustard, flour, sugar and salt.
Add vinegar, catsup and water and mix thoroughly.
Pour over chops in a baking dish.
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.

I generally fry my porkchops...I can give you a great (and easy!) recipe for those. As for baking them...I rarely do, but when I do, I use Shake and Bake. I realize this isn't a recipe, but they're always moist and perfectly seasoned.
