play with her and when she goes to sleep, let her sleep with a toy. i know she is just sad and she is trying to adjust.

It could be a lot of things. I'm assuming that this is a new puppy, right? First take him/her to the vet as soon as possible to get checked out, because there could be other reasons as to why your dog is behaving this way. There could be a lot of things from health problems, to it just being an adjustment problem or maybe even because of the heat. But I do recommend seeing a vet about it.

Yeah its normal..Specially if the dog was with the brother all its life..It will take a while but the dog will forget about it..Just give the dog enough love and play and slowly the dog will forget and be happy again,

I agree with the others that lots of love and attention are in order. However, if your dog continues to be sluggish and you continue to be concerned in perhaps a month, take her to the vet (if you're able). That way you can sleep better at night.

Consult your vet. They are a professional who can give you the best knowledge available. This could be a health problem surfacing or simply an emotional issue.. They can give you the best direction to go with this one.. I hope your dog gets better.

Your dog is probably depressed. Dogs have emotions, just like we do. I would make sure she wasn't to young to be seperated from it's litter mates (8 weeks). If that isn't the case, just show the dog you are his companion, play with it, love it, maybe socialize it with other dogs?

it depends if the two brothers were separated when they were 6 weeks or younger or maybe if they spent all there lives with there brother if so than contact the owner of his brother and have then reunited! set up dates 4 them to play if he still is sad then take him to a vet

She will get over it eventually but give hers lots of love and attention. Dogs are pack animals and you must become the alpha leader for a good relationship with her.

it is normal, the dog misses its littermates. Give it lots of love and attention, but don't enforce the whining, teach the dog that when you say "quiet", it means quiet. so when it whines, say "quiet!" or shshshsh! or "Enough!" they will get it after a bit. Also give it lots of love and lots of walks!
Don't be surprised if it starts hasing its tail!

She misses her brother. If she can, reunite them occasionally. She's just feeling seperation anixety.
She might want more walks then usual. Get her out, encourage her to see other dogs. Reassure her that you love her.
