Good Morning, Staci Nicole,

While I usually use a very good book for drinks that I rarely come across, (The book is called "Bartenders Companion" and has most of the dirty drinks that are not normally published in books, is from 1990 by John Rickman and allegedly copies can be obtained by calling 213-874-0448 ((Los Angeles area, the area code has changed multiple times, by now)).

When I am Bartending on busy nights, I have to rely on other bartenders for unusual drinks, but I will look them up after a nights work and the site that I use most is; the digital bartender. It's loaded with pop-ups and ads, but it has nice links for other sites.

LOVE PASSION

Passion-Fruit Champagne Cocktail

1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) gin

1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) Alizé (passion-fruit liqueur)

6 tablespoons chilled dry champagne

Garnish: raspberries, decorative stirrers to mix the drinks and some fancy way to attach your garnish... (or have small slits in the berries)

In a champagne flute, measure and pour the gin into your champagne flute glass. Add the passion-fruit liqueur and stir slightly to mix in the color. Next add the dry champagne to your mix to add some chilly bubble action... Finally, garnish your drink with the raspberries and pick a glass charm to finish off your creation.

Makes 1 Drink

CAPE CODDER

2 ounces vodka
5 ounces cranberry juice
Lime slice


In a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, combine the vodka and
cranberry juice. Stir well.

Garnish with lime slice.

(be creative in your add-ons, such as your glasses, having them chilled, the stems colors - each different, charms for the stems, silver ice tongs, provide fresh sliced lemon and lime rather than one, (just make a few more lime.. they are yummier anyway), add on or in ingredients and name it something of your choice, (some trendy fun name that they will believe is a top bar / bartender's recipe and think it is super original and sheik to be ahead of trends... for example, in the above recipe, add an ounce of chilled dry champagne or chilled soda water and a quick half dash of grenadine for a streak of color for this February month.. sky is the limit, just don't go over board on one drink's ingredients.... less is good as long as your guest has some hand in the creation of their masterpiece...

to get drunk pretty fast- try this. Four Horsemen.

I buy those at the bar all the time to save money!! One shot of that will get me buzzed all night long. cost me $7 bucks! Instead of drinking sex on the beach or the cheap stuff, I would have to drink at least 5 of them to get me buzz- that would cost me over $30. So, you will like the Four Horsemen. Doesn't hit me hard and taste soo good!

one part of each: Everclear, Tequila (jose cuervo), 151, and Jagermeister. Shake with ice, strain into a shot glass to serve.
