2 things to try:

1. take a small file like a nail file and file a groove into the screw head. Once there is a groove, you can use a standard (straight-tip) screwdriver on the screw. When filing, try not to get the metal dust into the organizer.

2. Use a drop of superglue to glue the screw to the screwdriver.

Both of these solutions will mean that the screw will need to be replaced.

Get a magnetized screwdriver head. As you are turning the screw, gently lift at the same time. They are inexpensive and you can probably get one at the dollar store. Maybe put a small piece of sticky tape on the end. Or glue if you are careful not to spill it on the rest of the hole.

At most hardware stores they have a special drill bit that can get those screws out and usually they're less than a dollar.
