Depends on how you look at it. If you don't pull them out they will continue to fester up and look like huge pimples and you risk infection. I always pull mine.

Dont disturb a natural thing by pulling them out n all. Of course u can shave them if u like but, they have their own charm. for some men they might b a point of attraction. I wud like to elaborate if u cntct me on my email id ..... Think abt it .....

try go tanning outside under the sun...it worked for me...I had some on the back of my arms but they all burned away by the heat of the sun...don't stay out too long but try to sit out in the sun everyday

pull 'em out......they will fester and pus up if you let them go. my sister gets them all the time, as soon as we pull them....the sore goes away.

It is very possible that it will worsen.Mine did, big time.Be brave and pluck it.Or go see your doctor if you are really that worried.

worse...they can lead to a boil which is really painfull.
