As much as I hate to say this I think Silva will crush him. He is far more complete fighter than Chuck is. Physically he's stronger, his stand up is better (Silva was able to strike with Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic and Mark Hunt, the best two kickboxers in MMA world and give them both a war and so far the best striker Liddell fought was Quinton "Rampage" Jackson and he got crushed in that match. Silva on the other hand faced Rampage on two occasions and knocked him out both times) and his ground skills are far more advanced. Chuck's wrestling is probably his only advantage here but in this match I don't think that it will make any difference. In the end I think that Silva will knock him out brutally within 2 rounds.
And to this guy Raw Dog - if you think that Wanderlei Silva is the same fighter now that he was 6 years ago when he lost to Ortiz then you obviously don't watch PRIDE and you know very little about MMA. To compare Silva with Trigg and Baroni - well that's something only an ignorant idiot would do, and after everything that he's done in his career to even suggest that he should prove him self against someone like Griffin - that's a damn insult. You are obviously a bias UFC "nutthugger" and you should at least just try watching few PRIDE events before writing trash like this.

for the new skool fans , Tito beat Wanderlei before, Rampage beat Chuck and Chuck beat Tito, now, I think Chuck and Tito would beat Wanderlei, Chuck and Tito should fight after Chuck/Bobolu fight and if Wanderlei wants Chuck he should have to fight someone else in the UFC first, someone like Forrest, people who think the Pride guys are better are crazy, most of their stars are originally losers in the UFC; Frank Trigg, Baroni, Wanderlei, Jackson and so on, no doubt their all bad asses I just think before the Pride guys star jumping over and challenge our champs they should prove themselves with the other UFC talent first

Chuck will. He doesn't lose much.... dont think silva is as good as chuck is.....
