Yes alcohol does freeze people but at a much lower temperature than 0 C. I just wanted to know the proper temperature so that I can alter my methodology to follow suit.

It won't freeze, It will just get thicker, alchohol doesn't like to freeze

Pure baileys won't freeze. Mix it with some milk to raise the freezing point.

Alcohol doesnt freeze.
It will get cold and kind of thick, but you cant make a baileys popcicle.

Better idea: blend with ice in a blender and have bailey icees

Baileys wont freeze. BUT, I make Baileys ice cream. That is do-able and tastes great. (Just get a homemade ice cream maker)

32 degrees is the freezing point, and if it does freeze ill be right over!!!
