I wouldn't advise using books or DVDs to learn kickboxing or Martial Arts (kickboxing is a sport, not a Martial Art). They'll teach you the "moves" and that's it. Could you learn to swim from a book or DVD - nope?!?
What I'm trying to say is: it's not all about following "moves", the detail of the technique is the key.
I would advise working on your fitness and stretching at home, maybe some drills in front of the mirror so you can see if you're dropping your guard etc...
Nice to see that you're keen to improve though.
Good luck

Difficult to kickbox alone at home I imagine.
I have done MA since 13 and am now 36 and the only things you can really do are kata and sets.
Did freestyle Karate (US kickboxing) for a while and there were no katas etc to do.
So my advice is train on your fitness, supplety and stamina at home.
Very often these are the things that make a winner in the ring.
Not excellent technique.
Be fitter - Scrap longer and harder!

The best book is the one that remains on the shelf at the bookstore. To be honest with you, no martial art can be learned from a book or magazine. All martial arts are based on a learn-by-doing philosophy. You gotta put in the time to learn. Outside the dojo, focus in your conditioning. It's probably the #1 factor that will affect your fight skills. Plus it's just an added incentive to keep in great shape. Focus on cardio and plyometrics. You'll last longer and become quicker.

I'd never advise anyone to use books or dvd's because they can't tell you what you're doing wrong and can often confuse technique...but that's what I'd say to some one doing taekwondo. Why not get a training partner instead someone from your club who lives near by who's more experienced than you?

The best solution is to gain control over it. As someone already said, stop when you're getting there and relax. Pay more attention to pleasuring your mate--orally, perhaps--and avoid rubbing your penis up against anything while doing so. It will take work on your part and patience on both parts. Learn here http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?r437
As a last resort, some antidepressants curb sexual functioning with the intention of learning the pleasure of restraint after which you could taper off them. Here's your goal: the longer you can delay your orgasm, the more intense it will be. So it isn't just a matter of satisfying your mate. This is the main reason some claim stoned sex is better, unlike drunk sex which can leave you unable to perform (brewer's droop). You enjoy exploring each other longer. And remember, oral isn't just one place. It's all over, paying particular attention to kissing, and TALK about what each of you like. Strange how people don't talk about sex when they're the ones doing it.
