If you want to do this it is for life so you need to totally change your way of eating and exercising. This is not a diet rather than a healthy eating plan for life. So no more talking diet cause it means time limit.
Here are the golden rules:
Initially cut down to 1200 (women) - 1500 (men) calories.
Exercise 6 times per week for 1 hours a day. Do three weight sessions and three cardio sessions. No gym involved if you don't have the access.
Don't eat carbs after 4pm, never eat carbs within 2 hours of exercise or within 1 hour of exercise.
Drink 3 litres of water per day. You can have a green tea at the end of the day.
Limit your fruit in take to 2 pieces per day.
Never eat dinner after 6pm.
Adopt of low GI eating plan this is sustainable for life!
Make low fat dairy choices
Follow this menu plan as a suggestion:
Breakfast 7am - 1 cup hot water w lemon
20 minutes later have a bowel of oats w water (no honey) OR
fruit salad w low GI soy yogurt
Snack 10am - pear or apple (both low GI)
Lunch 12.30pm - muligrain sandwich w 50g tuna & salad (no butter)
Snack 3pm - low GI yogurt OR skim berry smoothie (no honey or banana) plenty of ice, 1/2 cup skim milk & 1/4 cup yogurt
Dinner 5.30pm - 120g grilled lean meat/fish/prawns/tofu patties (not fried) w spinach salad & mixed vegies (no whites, carbs) OR 3 egg white/soy omlette with ham, cheese and tomato
Snack - 1 scoop of low cal low fat ice cream (if hungry)
Exercise is must be intense. Refer to www.bodybuilding.com for your weights routine. Never do weights two consecutive days have a cardio day in between.
Cardio needs to include running, go hard up stair wells and cycling. If you have access to a gym include boxing and spin classes as well. You get the most benefits from exercise when your body is totally fatigued and this is when you see changes.
To maintain you can increase calories to 1500 (women) - 1800 (men) and reduce exercise sessions to 3-4 times per week. If weight creeps up again due to holiday period etc.. go back to 1200 (women) - 1500 (men) cal and 6 sessions again.
Good luck it worked for me it can work for anyone.

Well...I have been told (almost weekly) that I look 20 years younger than I am. My secret is: I cut out red meat about 16 years ago...and I stopped using salt on my food...none at all. I also stopped eating "pork". I am a semi-vegeterian (chicken, fish, sea food only). Also, I eat alot of salad, fruits, and veggies along with nuts and raisins. Sometimes I "fast" one day a month...or one "morning" per month, to detox my system. Initially I lost 18 pounds when I first changed my eatting habits to the above, and I haven't put the weight back on (that was 16 years ago). Sometimes I might gain 4 or 5 pounds..but if I want to loose them again...I do the fasting! The above is not a diet...it's a life style change..in the way I eat. I have given this "secret" to a few people, and they have had the same success that I have! Currently I am the same weight I was in high school and I am over 40 years old. Needless to say (not bragging, just the facts) I look marvelous. My skin is clear, and overall I am very healthy.
Last but not least I exercise (a minimum) of 3 times a week....30 minutes a day. I was up to 4 times a week, an hour each time...however, I realized that if I do STRETCHES daily (maybe 5 or 10 minutes), I can cut down my exercise routine. This routine depends on what your goals are for your body! I am sure the above will help you! Remember....the journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step....get to steppin!!

Before giving you a homemade recipe for acne. I think you need to learn how to properly care for your skin. Wash your face 2x a day with a mild facial cleanser. Don't squeeze, pick, scratch, or rub your skin as it makes the problem worse, and it might even cause scarring. Always rinse really well with lots of water Be careful with facial scrubs they might actually irritate your skin which might be the reason why your skin is flaking. Before you apply a mask you should do a Skin Sauna it prepares the skin for masks and deep cleaning this helps unclogs pores: You need to fill a bowl with near boiling water and add a few drops of lemon juice. Place a towel over your head and hold it over the bowl for a period of around 3 minutes. This opens the pores and prepares it for a face mask. This also would be the only time you can pop a few of those white heads you have. Oil controlling masks (do once a week) Finely grate 1/2 an apple, add a few tablespoons of honey, let it rest for 10 minutes, rise with luke warm water. A smashed banana is also a great mask. Putting tea tree oil on your skin really helps control acne, and you can find it at walmart or walgreens or any type of drug store. Also moisturize your skin, even though you have acne you still need a moisturizer that will help prevent breakouts and also control your acne. I'd recommend Clean & Clear products they are really great..and have stuff for different skin types. If your acne is out of control then have your parent(s) take you to a doctor so they can give you some medicine for your acne that sometimes might be your best bet. Good luck!

Talk to your doctor. Drink lots of water, get plenty of rest. Watch how much time you spend in the sun. Eat right, lower your fat and sugar intake. Don't smoke, and drink alcohol only on rare occasions.
