Believe me, I eat a voracious breakfast. In other words, this remains my biggest meal of the day. I like a light meal for lunch. So, I would prepare a chicken salad sandwich. Usually I mix chopped up chicken, put in sliced or chopped onions, mayonnaise, slight mustard, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, celery, lettuce, sweet relish and sliced tomato together. Oh my God, it is simply delicious, healthy and not fattening. Now, if you prefer just a salad, delete the bread and add a boiled egg. You are still in seriously great business. At night, I am doing very little exercise so I have a nice bowl of homemade soup. I prefer mushroom soup (real sliced mushrooms) with onions, slight sage, garlic, oregano powders, and any other tasty herbs that I can think to add. Sometimes, if I am still truly hungry, I will take sharp cheddar cheese and melt it until it is well toasted. That is it for me. Remember this, "If God be for us, who can be against us?" - Romans 8:31. Peace and God Bless.

Salad, either green, pasta or rice types. I always need a roll or something too though, else I am starving by 3!

A nice wrap (maybe chicken, a bit of salad, some nice sauce like sweet chilli all wrapped up in a tortilla)

Bake a potato in the oven the night before when you make your dinner, take it to work and pop it in the microwave if you have one and take some grated cheese or other topping.

A tin of soup and a roll

Cereal (I love it at any time of day!! Now I fancy some for dinner!)

Erm, running out of ideas now! Sorry.

Couscous is good, prep up a tub with couscous, some herbs, spices and a shred of saffron perhaps, then just add boiling water and stand for about 5 minutes before eating. Risotto is only a bit harder, I get the rice and flavours ready, add boiling water when I get to work, then give it 2 minutes in the microwave at lunchtime to finish.
Fruit is always good, add a few nuts and dried fruits for chewiness and satisfaction

I know you said quick so I'll give you quick. Buy frozen carrots, corn, peas, potatoes, green beans, and some fresh beef for beef stew. Buy brown gravy packets and add spring water and you have beef stew. Let it cook in your crock pot and by the time you take your shower and prepare for tomorrow it will be done. If you like onion and green pepper add that as well. It's low fat, good for you, filling, healthy, and easy to make. If you don't have a crock pot use your biggest boiler.

Most salads are just fine mut remember a couple of things if you have chicken make it plain chicken breast NO MAYO make sure that you dont have cucumber its full of water you will just retain it and also NO DRESSING this is where everyone goes wrong with salads the dressing has more calories in it than i can say.Have plenty of lettuce leaves too i know it sounds boring but it takes more calories to burn off lettuce than whats in it

Pitta bread filled with falafel, humous and salad is quick, healthy and filling.

Prepare some couscous (put equal amounts of dried couscous and boiling water into a bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes) then throw in a couple of handfuls of veg (such as beans, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, peppers) and/or chicken (or Quorn or tofu if you're veggie). That'll give you carbs, fibre and protein in one low-fat meal.

Pot of humous and carrot and cucumber and pitta bread fingers to dip. Also a lovely whole Boursin cheese (with garlic and herbs) and a big old bag of sugar snap peas to dip. Maybe have half on two days as it's a tiny piece fattening! Could use low fat soft cheese with garlic and herbs as an alternative to Boursin, of course.

Um, a anti-pasta salad, or chicken salad and put them on crackers, regular salad and some fruit, or fruit, veggie pack or something like that. Even a granola bar.
