Why Do Christian Women Wear Horseshoes?
"Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as christ also is the head of the church, he himself being the savior of the body. But as the church is subject to christ, so also the wives ought to be to their husbands in everything." (Ephesians 5:22-24)

You have it right, a Christian wife is to submit to her husband as Church does to Christ. All the husband has to do is give himself up for her as Christ gave Himself up for the Church. If a husband does that for his wife then she will have no problem submitting to him.

Who wears horse shoes? And guess what I am a Catholic Christian woman who does try to be submissive to my husband. I do cover my head for prayer and such and I do not believe women should be the priest in a church. I do speak with my husband about matters of faith. Equal but different. The husband is the head of the house. There can not be two people leading but I can help him lead. The wife is the heart of the home. If your husband truly loves and respects you he will ask for you advice and suggestions. By separate but equal I mean that they arm and the leg have different purposes but one is not more important than the other.
