I am a caddie. The caddie receives a BASE FEE for each tournament. Plus these bonuses depending on how his/her player finishes:
Player makes the cut = 5% of winnings
Player finishes in the Top 10 = 7% of winnings
Player Wins = 10% of winnings

if i'm not mistaken the caddie fee will be around 10%-15%percent from the total money pro won.But if the player missed the cut, then there will be certain amount of money the player need to pay around 1000-2000 depending on the player it self

I believe the top earning pros pay their caddies less than 10%. Pros also pay the caddies' travel expenses.
