I have these small "black heads" on my arms, then they turn into a bloody gash which scar. What are these?

maybe boils. or some weird rash. go to a dermatologist preferably, but you could have them looked at by a regular doctor too.

could be psoriasis, show it to a doctor and have them recomend treatment
