Well if you brows through your biblical history, when women begin carrying the message of God it is a clear sign of impending judgement. It is necessary that women exalt themselves, so that when Christ returns he can put them BACK in their place. Women have completely lead this nation in the revolt against GOD. If women would leave the work force there would be no such thing as unemployment. If women would leave the work force and volunteer at their childrens school 2 times a week the nation would save BILLIONS on teachers aids. If women would learn how to cook again the average middle class household would save 300 per month in fast food/dining out.
So its not just the church that they are revolting, its everywhere. The church is simply mirroring the culture we live in.
And the truth is that it is not their fault at all. These creatures that call themselves men, who have NO aggression, passion or leadership.... is the reason women are carrying the banner.

I Timothy 3 is about overseeers and deacons, not about pastors. If God calls a woman to do something, should she not obey God?
Also, could you show me in the BIble where it tells us to tell the truth to those who are living wrong, which means to tell them they have to stop doing something. That sounds like you are trying to judge the people. Should we not simply point out issues where they have to make a choice but let God do the judging?
Also, you might want to look at a little story in the Bible about a woman called Deborah....

Women have more say now and can do more then they could in Bible times. We don't live in the old testament. Besides some women are awesome preachers. Have you ever heard of Sherry Moss? She is an evangelist and is a true woman of God. She didn't even know me and gave me a prophecy that was right on a true with my life. She is an awesome teacher and preacher. ( she did a revival at my church a few years back)

DAD has no problems with female leadership...in fact a few of the believing women in the bible were given the task of leading and training in the church... see women like Priscilla, Phillips daughters (prophetesses), Deborah etc...
If Joyce and women like her are causing salvations to come about by simply doing their jobs - good for them!

There are many many things in the bible that are no longer practiced today. Have a good look and tell me if you are following all of the practices. Times change, some things are timeless but somethings just don't fit or make sense to continue in our modern world. Edited to add : for example slavery was an accepted practice but we do not accept that today.

I know it's not right for them to do so. But the reason women think they can pastor churches is because they believe they are gifted by God as well as men are. And because they probably have seen allot of churches ran by men crumble. I personally have seen the foundation of the church weaken. So someone has to rise up and take the reins.

Let me tell you that the Bible isn't as it was before, many, many years back, the romans decided what should go and what shouldn't, and also it is said that Jesus really left the church to Maria Magdaelena (sorry, I don't know how to write her name in english, I speak spanish and have english as a second language).

There is nothing wrong with lady preachers. I go to a church were the co-pastor is a woman. And let me tell you, she is good. She can move people. There is no doubt that she was called to preach.

Women should be able to pastor churches. It's not like they don't have as much faith as guys. Let's not think of other sexes, just different views.
