There is no real comparison between the holocaust and the problem in the US with illegal immigration, even if most complaints are about the Mexican invaders. No one is forcing them to come here, and no one, especially our government, is trying to kill them. The government and the illegals are forcing the public to try to find a remedy for this situation, though. I wonder why so many people think we have no right to enforce our immigration laws. Many of our citizens are having problems because of forced competition with people who have no right to be here. No one can have a decent life living on minimum wage, yet we are jeered at because we won't accept less than that because some illegals do. This has nothing to do with racism, but being forced into poverty, then being called names like lazy rich racists because we don't like it. Why blame the US for the plight of the poor poor illegals as if they were our responsibility? Why can't they work for change in their own government instead of crying to ours? I fear what will happen if changes aren't made soon in the way we handle this problem. There will be bloodshed on both sides, by citizens tired of being ignored, and by illegals who are so used to breaking the law that they really feel they are fighting for deserved rights.

This is nothing like the holocaust, it is a matter of them filling to become citizens, and actually contributing to America's present and future.. We are not killing any one, and not refusing to let them into the country... we just have laws we want them to follow.
The Jews you refer to also did nothing illegal, the modern day immigrants are coming to America illegally, big difference. We are also not forcing them to leave their culture, just to respect ours. We are a nation of immigrants, alot of mixxed veiws, andvalues, so what laws you see layed before you, are not that of a select few individuals. The laws consist of veiws from individuals that have roots all around the world that merge togeather in what we should considerthe birth of a utopia.

americans are just getting jealous because todays immigrants are willing to work for cheaper wages, thus taking jobs. americans are becoming too proud and stubborn to work for less, so the only outlet is to complain about immigration. of course, everyone here forgets that every american is an immigrant or has descended from immigrants. sooner or later, people will get desperate and just start working.

That's a bit extreme. I think the USA should protect its borders from exploitation. There is a reason why they call them illegal immigrants. They are in the country illegally. No one has a problem with legal immigrants.

I agree that some are mis-blaming immigrants for our troubles. I don't blame anyone for wanting to come here to work, I just want them to go through the reasonable laws we have in place for coming here.

Interesting analogy. I hope the answer turns out very differently than what happened in Nazi Germany.
